We want you to love your Loloi piece, but if it is not the perfect fit for your home, we accept returns on items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your item in its original packaging or a secure equivalent to ensure it is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
